Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is part of a rapidly growing wellness franchise with over 700 locations across the U.S. and Canada. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Spa Manager to help support daily operations and lead our team to success.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, driving sales, and helping create an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting daily spa operations and front desk team leadership
• Driving membership and retail sales goals
• Assisting with scheduling, payroll support, and reporting
• Monitoring spa performance metrics and team productivity
• Helping recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Managing inventory and supporting product ordering
• Ensuring outstanding client service and resolving concerns when needed

• Has 1–2+ years of sales, customer service, or leadership experience
• Is highly organized and motivated by team success
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Spa or wellness experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
